We are a boutique consulting & investment banking firm with a presence in Pune & Mumbai, India that specialises in engaging with dynamic entrepreneurs involved in exciting businesses and opportunities across sectors and deal sizes. We engage with such entrepreneurs and businesses at a fundamental level, and get involved in Business Strategy Consulting and other facets of business all geared towards growth, and therefore a need for Growth Capital.

Our key focus area is investments or fund raising for such entrepreneurs and their businesses across deal sizes, including Start-ups, MSMEs and larger companies via our extensive direct and associate investor network across the ecosystem, from Seed and Angel investments,Venture Capital (VC) & Private Equity (PE) investments, pre IPO investments and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). .

We are sector agnostic and engage in any business with growth and scalable opportunities that we understand. Some sectors we are currently working with and are of interest to us and our investor network are Technology, AI-ML, retail & consumer facing businesses, education technology (Ed-tech), Hospitality, Food & Beverage (F&B), agriculture & food processing, financial technology (Fin-tech), Logistics, Healthcare & Med-tech, Automobile-tech, Property technology (Prop-tech) amongst others. We also selectively engage with fund managers & VCs to raise LP investments for their funds via our network.

Real Estate is an industry we have a dedicated vertical for, and engage with quality developers across cities, in deal structuring and raising investments across equity and selectively debt for such interesting opportunities. These include but are not limited to Joint-Ventures, Joint Development, Private Equity investments, buy & sell side mandates, Debt syndication – structured and normal amongst other options. We also engage in selective commercial sale and leasing opportunities across larger deals through our investor and partner IPC network.

With a presence across key Indian cities such as Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi and global associates in Singapore, Dubai, UK & USA, we look at leveraging our expertise and network to help such business adapt and grow to achieve their full potential.
